Connected Communities
Connected Communities is how our Operations Team works together to foster belonging, inclusion and involvement. Peer groups share skills and knowledge to create a consistent, connected BWS Experience, together.
Peer2Peer
Peer2Peer is our peer mental health network that offers our in-store Team Members support from trained volunteer peers. These team members can offer advice and support, understanding what it means to work in a BWS store, because they do the job themselves.
