Vineyard

Pinnacle Drinks is a customer focused brand builder which has evolved through a series of targeted investments, initiatives and partnerships and this is achieved through our capacity in the following areas: We work with 150+ growers and viticulture teams across our six vineyards in the Barossa, Margaret River, McLaren Vale, Marlborough, Yarra Valley and Tamar Valley Regions.

Winemaking

We have 21 winemakers across our six winery sites; Dorrien Winery, Chapel Hill Winery, Isabel Estate Winery, Oakridge Winery, Josef Chromy and Cape Mentelle Winery.

Bottling

Vinpac Barossa & McLaren Vale - Australia’s largest contract bottlers. Highly flexible bottling lines and economies of scale. Services includes Bottling, Quality, Winemaking and wine services, laboratory and Sustainability. We also have a bottling line at Isabel Estate Site.

Hospitality

Under the Paragon Wine Estates portfolio, Pinnacle Drinks operates a number of winery venues across Australia. Here you can discover and grow your hospitality career while working in the heart of some of Australia's most loved wine regions.

Josef Chromy Wines (Tamar Valley, Tas) and Oakridge (Yarra Valley, Vic), the hospitality operations at Josef Chromy Wines and Oakridge offer various positions, from the kitchen team, to fine dining specialists, event and cellar door positions.

Chapel Hill, Shingleback Wines (McLaren Vale, SA), Krondorf (Barossa, SA), Cape Mentelle (Margaret River, WA), grow your wine knowledge and career in customer-service with guest-facing roles in our Cellar Doors.

Representing over 700+ brands in the Australian marketplace our Support Teams work together with our Operations teams to deliver on our strategy and purpose. Our Support Team consists of functional areas such as Finance, Merchandise, Safety, People, Quality, Commercialisation, Sustainability, Logistics and Exports.
