Our in-store Team Members are a diverse group of casual, part-time, and full-time individuals dedicated to providing the ultimate BWS Experience to our customers. They are curious, eager to learn, and have a growth mindset, always striving to improve and support their teammates.
Whether hosting customers, recommending the perfect drink, or using digital tools to enhance the customer experience, our Team Members always put the care and well-being of their customers and teammates first. They maintain a clean and safe environment, use responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and complete mandatory training requirements. Above all, they have fun and create memorable moments for our customers, making BWS a truly unboring experience.
Our Store Managers
Our Store Managers are passionate advocates for people! They lead and coach their Teams to deliver a truly distinct and memorable experience for every customer. With their excellent financial, stock, and people management skills, they are responsible for implementing our business strategic initiatives in their stores for the benefit of both their Team and customers.
They are a part of peer and advocate communities, contributing to and leveraging these networks to drive business results and performance. With their fierce passion for people and their commitment to delivering outstanding results, our Store Managers are the ultimate champions of the BWS spirit.
Our Multi-Site Managers
Our Multi-Site Store Managers are dynamic leaders responsible for the business performance and Team Members across two stores. This role presents an exciting career pathway for experienced Store Managers ready to take on greater responsibilities. Multi-Site Store Managers share many of the same responsibilities as a Store Manager, with their capabilities stretching across two stores to drive consistency across our store network.

Our Store Support Team is a cross-functional group of generalists and specialists working across a range of key functions, including People, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Buying And Merchandise, Formats And Renewals, E-Commerce, And Technology.
They are responsible for their areas of expertise and work collaboratively to leverage the group's collective capability to achieve outstanding results for our Teams and customers. Whether it's creating impactful marketing campaigns, developing new products or services, or implementing innovative technologies, our Store Support Team plays an essential role in driving our business forward. They are passionate about delivering exceptional results, always staying one step ahead and anticipating the needs of our customers and Teams.
