They lead and develop teams who are customer first, passionate about discovering customers’ needs and who are aligned to Dan Murphy’s strategy, Values and Ways of Working.
Customer Experience Manager
Our Customer Experience Managers are the conductors and coaches of the team on the sales floor. They are the event planner that brings the ultimate drinks experience to our customers. Under their leadership, our teams are developed and trained to provide confident and knowledgeable service to customers. They also champion Care and Safety to build a culture of safety for our customers, team and community.
Wine Merchant
Wine Merchants are the Dan’s brand ambassadors in store. They provide amazing, personalised, end to end experiences to help customers drink better. Our Wine Merchants are legends in the industry and build long term relationships with their customers.
Drinks Specialists
Drinks Specialists (Wine and Spirits) are Dan Murphy’s passionate drink connoisseurs. They bring our products to life through informative and authentic customer engagement. Our Drinks Specialists provide tailored and memorable experiences to excite and inspire our customers to drink better.
Fulfillment Manager
Our Fulfillment Managers help our customers to get their hands on a personalised range of drinks, ready to enjoy when they are. They role model exceptional customer service, whilst being responsible for the store’s inventory. They ensure the team has the support, knowledge and resources required to maintain product availability, complete inventory tasks and are always looking for efficiencies to maximise customer service.

Support Office
Our Support Office teams in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne, are a talented group of people that bring to life our Dan Murphy’s omnichannel network of 270+ stores, including our specialty The Cellar By Dan Murphy's and eCommerce business to create a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Roles that span across the country range from Operations and Merchandise to Marketing to Loyalty to eCommerce, Technology and Finance and a range of specialist commercial positions. Our support office team works hand-in-hand with our store teams.
Throughout my time at Dan Murphy's Ringwood, I've embraced growth through management and product training, fostering strong team morale and taking pride in creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the flexible work hours have been a great advantage whilst I pursue my studies.
