Career Pathways
Chef Apprenticeships
Our kitchen teams are the backbone of our pubs, and we’re dedicated to providing opportunities for all our team members to grow in their roles. We provide Apprentice Chef pathways, with a number working throughout our hotels nationally. Our Chef Apprenticeship Program is a valuable stepping stone to starting a career in a vibrant industry through hands on experience, with extensive training and support.
Assistant Manager Pathway Program
We know how important it is to invest in our team members learning and development, to empower our team members to take the next step in their career. Facilitating the Assistant Manager Pathways Program, we provide a combination of face to face, virtual and in venue learning, designed to develop technical, operational and leadership skills to effectively lead a team and manage a pub.
Support Team
We provide opportunities for our venue teams to move into support team positions. Providing hands-on training and support, we allow team members to develop the specific skill sets whilst also acknowledging the value in having pub experience and the knowledge it brings.
