Career pathways
Career progression is really important to us, whether that be vertical or horizontal progression. The benefit of having capability frameworks is that team members can be very clear on what is required within each of the roles. In our agile way of working we have structured paths that enable team members to move into different Practices, including into different Tribes across the organisation. We are also passionate about providing opportunities for those at the early stages of their careers, with a mixture of on the job and structured learning to support their growth and development. Partnerships
At the beginning of 2023, endeavourX partnered with the Victorian Government’s Digital Jobs program to accelerate our offering of internship opportunities within our digital and technology teams. The Victorian Government initiative matches businesses with suitable candidates to grow their digital and technology capabilities, and includes paid pre-employment training, professional development, mentoring, and a paid internship. Participants are selected through a competitive process and come with industry-backed training in high-demand digital skills.
