Our Endeavour Merchandise function is made up of a team of experts with a passion for product and selling, partnering closely
with vendors to source the best products at the best price for our customers across stores and venues. Using a range of data the merchandise function also plays a key role in driving sales, profitability and growth by identifying new trends and opportunities, optimising product assortments, and minimising excess inventory.

Supply Chain & Operations

Our Supply Chain & Operations function are responsible for ensuring that all of our great products and services are delivered at the right time, right place, right cost, and at the right quantity and quality.
It’s our logistics and supply chain management roles which help keep all our stores and venues well stocked, our deliveries on time, our suppliers prepared to meet our needs and our customers happy. It’s a huge network, and no two days are the same.

People & Safety

Our people function is made up of a group of teams who are passionately working to support the business in delivering on their strategies by ensuring that we are able to attract, develop and retain great people. We achieve this through business partnering, Learning & Development, Talent, Team Services, Performance & Reward, and Internal Communications. In addition, our Safety team is working to promote a culture of health, safety, and well-being for our team and customers at our stores, venues, and sites.

The finance support function in Endeavour plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health and success of our organisation.
By providing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, the finance support team helps the business make informed decisions, manage risk, and achieve its financial goals. Our broader finance team at Endeavour also includes Internal Audit, Procurement, Property and Format Development.

Strategy & Transformation

Our strategy team partners with the business to develop long-term plans and goals. Analysing market trends, competition and other external factors, they identify opportunities for growth and make strategic recommendations to set up the business for long-term success. Recognising that we have a large transformation agenda over the next several years, we are building a team that will develop and execute our transformation strategy, identify our areas for improvement, design and implement changes to processes and systems, and drive adoption of new practices and behaviours.

The technology function in Endeavour is responsible for the management, implementation and maintenance of our technological infrastructure, applications, and systems to support the company's overall operations. From our stores and venues to our wineries,
the team plays a critical role in enabling the group to leverage technology to improve our operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation.

Our newly formed Endeavour Marketing team, brings together our brand marketing teams with our central marketing functions of Creative, Media & Marketing Effectiveness, Marketing Strategy & Transformation and Customer Insights to create a powerhouse, connecting our customers with relevant content via multiple channels. The team plays a crucial role in generating revenue,
and driving business growth.

Corporate Affairs & Sustainability

The Corporate Affairs team is responsible to manage Endeavour Group's relationships with its various stakeholders to ensure that
our reputation, image and brand are both protected and enhanced.
They cover a wide range of activities including, External Communications & Media relations, Government, Regulatory
and Community stakeholder engagement, Crisis management. Endeavour Group has been operating as a stand alone ASX listed company since demerging from Woolworths Group in June 2021.

Core to our purpose and strategy is our focus on our positive imprint. This is how we centre Sustainability into our operations.
Our Sustainability team design and lead the delivery, monitoring, evaluation and reporting program for our core Sustainability commitments. Endeavour Group’s Sustainability progress is vital to our success, and is highly valued by all important Endeavour Group stakeholders.

Advanced Analytics

Endeavour’s core analytics capability was initially established in 2019. Since then we have continued our investment in Analytics across Endeavour to embed a best in class function, which enables better decision making to ultimately improve customer experience across our stores and venues.
