Your health and wellbeing is your most important asset, and as one of our valued team members, it’s our first priority. Endeavour Wellbeing and Support is here to help bring out your best self, with a range of initiatives, programs and services tohelp you live well and support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
In partnership with our wellness providers at Converge International, Endeavour Wellbeing and Support provides a range of free and confidential services. You don’t need to be in crisis to manage your wellbeing, these services are in place to keep you and your loved ones living well and feeling supported.
Employee Assist: Support and assistance for a broad range of personal work related issues.
Critical Incident Support: A manager requested service to assist team members who have witnessed or been involved in a critical incident in the course of their working day.
Manager Assist: Coaching and advice to assist with a variety of people management issues and develop your leadership competencies.
Legal Assist: Two sessions of expert legal support and advice across family law, tenancy, renting, real estate, consumer disputes and more.
Conflict Assist: Strategies, tools and coaching to deal with difficult workplace and personal situations
Money Assist: Money management and coaching to help you work through financial wellbeing concerns.
Family Assist: Counselling for family members needing support for personal and/or lifestyle support.
Nutrition and lifestyle Assist: Specialist advice on nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, addictive behaviours, positive lifestyle changes and more.
Career Assist: Career development and planning, vocational counselling, resume and job seeking assistance, and interview skills.

I am Here
Our online I am Here program gives team members courage, confidence, and skills to show they care, ask the question, and call for help, demonstrating the positive effect support can have. I am Here lets our team members know that it’s ok to not feel ok, and that it is absolutely ok to ask for help.
Family and Domestic Violence training
We offer dedicated awareness training, developed in close consultation with 1800RESPECT, to help team members determine what constitutes domestic and family violence, what to do if they see signs of abuse, how to report it, and the support systems in place.
Financial support
When considering your career development, the financial aspect can be a big motivator, but we know that financial health is about more than just your pay. Our partners at Converge International offer our team members support with money management and coaching through financial concerns.
Leave entitlements to support you
We see leave as an important way for our team to balance their work and personal lives. That might mean spending time with friends and family, or having time to pursue passions outside of work whilst balancing the operational needs of the business. We know taking time away from work can help you rest and recover, provide the opportunity to support or provide service to your community, or assist with emergency efforts after a disaster.
Parental
Team members who have a responsibility for the care of their new child can have up to 24 months away from work on parental leave. This can be a combination of paid and unpaid leave
Gender affirmation
Endeavour Group is committed to being a truly inclusive workplace where we celebrate the diversity of our teams and provide a sense of freedom for all team members to bring their whole self to work. This includes providing support for team members choosing to affirm their gender whilst working with the Endeavour Group. As team members choose to affirm their gender, a variety of paid and unpaid leave options are available including gender affirmation leave.
Emergency Services
Team members (excluding casual team members) who volunteer for an emergency service and are called to an emergency are entitled to paid leave at the team member’s ordinary rate of pay with the number of days dependent on the emergency situation.
Personal or Carer's
Team members (including casual team members) may be entitled personal / carer’s leave when they or a member of their immediate family or household requires care or support because of illness, injury, or an unexpected emergency.
