Getting to the interview stage
You’ve been invited to an interview and you’re not sure what to expect. That’s ok! Keep in mind, it’s a chance for us both to get to know each other a little better. We'll be looking to get to know you and learn about your experience to see if we're the right match for you. We'll be keen to understand how you handle certain situations and why you are interested to join the team.
Some business areas may provide feedback within a few days, others may take several weeks. It's common practice in certain areas to have multiple rounds of interviews so you may not receive feedback until all rounds are completed.
