Accommodation Manager - Kondari Hotel
Are you an accommodation professional who loves guest relations and knows how to keep a busy rooms division running like clockwork? The Kondari Hotel is looking for an organized, hospitality-minded Accommodation Manager to oversee our 62-room property and lead our front-of-house guest services team.
This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives on organization and people. Whether you are managing corporate bookings, welcoming holidaymakers heading to K'gari (Fraser Island), or coordinating with our housekeeping and maintenance crews, you will be the driving force behind our property's reputation. If you have experience with property management systems, especially RMS, that would be a massive plus, but we are primarily looking for someone with great leadership skills and a passion for accommodation hospitality.
A day in the life of an Accommodation Manager:
- Strategically manage room rates & booking channels keeping us ahead of the game
- Be a key part of the leadership team, working closely with the Publican, Accom and Guest Services Teams creating home away from home experiences
- Manage online reviews. We know we deliver the goods, everyone else should too
- You welcome your guests like long lost cousins
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
