As an Ad Operations Specialist, you’ll be one of a small team that is the operational backbone of the Endeavour Retail Media team, Mixin! 

You’ll bring campaigns to life; turning briefs and media schedules into seamless executions across all our non-biddable touchpoints. Working behind the scenes with precision and energy, you’ll manage workflows in PlanHub; ensuring campaign assets are deployed correctly across in-store digital touchpoints and partnering with our production coordinator in the seamless delivery of all printed and experiential activations.

Side by side with Sales, Commercial, and Data teammates, your mission is to create a best-in-class advertiser experience. You’ll also connect directly with third-party delivery and solution partners; supporting SLA delivery, ensuring hardware is online, optimising inventory, and validating reporting.

In short: you’ll make sure campaigns don’t just go live, they go live seamlessly.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Translate briefs into system-ready bookings, following content approval and delivery processes.
  • Plan and deliver across media touchpoints ensuring point in time accuracy on inventory availability.
  • Apply a continuous improvement approach to processes; addressing pain points and communicating best practice across the MixIn Media team; leveraging our BA chapter for larger projects. 
  • Partner with our Analytics team to optimise targeting for campaign performance.
  • Deploy creative assets across Endeavour’s owned channels (in-store, digital, and audio).
  • Monitor and report on campaign delivery and performance with third-party partners.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify potential new inventory opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to clients on self-service platforms.
  • Keep stakeholders (Ops, Merchandise, Marketing, In-Store teams) updated on upcoming activity.
  • From time to time, support the Sales team in the creation of collateral and campaign documentation; most particularly around new media inventory.
  • Work with our media billing coordinator to provide transparency of all campaigns upcoming and inflight to ensure accurate invoicing and financial workflows.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in identifying efficiencies in process, service delivery and \ or cost to maintain a lean operating budget.

What do we need from you

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in Retail Media (retailer or brand side);OR
  • 4+ years in a marketing coordinator/ ad coordinator role managing end-to-end campaigns.
  • You'll be comfortable in an administrative role, spending a lot of your time working in an operating platform.
  • Understanding of shopper path-to-purchase, media landscapes, and consumer behaviour.
  • You'll have a positive, can-do attitude, with a passion for digital and retail media.
  • Experience/exposure to google suites, excel and PlanHub is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships. 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce or Advertising (preferred).
