Got leadership chops and a passion for creating great experiences? As our Assistant Manager, you'll be more than just a manager – you'll be a motivator, a mentor, and a key player in making every guest's visit exceptional. Think leading and inspiring our awesome team, getting hands-on with daily operations (from opening to welcoming guests), and bringing your flair for delicious food and creating those "wow" moments. What do we need from you
What you’ll need:
- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
- Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Current industry RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager qualifications
