We are looking for an Assistant Manager with a primary focus on managing social media strategy across all NT venues! Proactively attend local events and support the Venue Manager to develop & drive marketing initiatives. Travel to a different venue each day. Everyday is something new!


A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and ‘local’ guest experience
• Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives and day to day pub operations
• Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop & drive marketing initiatives
• Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are!

About you:

• Prior demonstrable experience managing and creating social media content
• You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop your team
• You hold current industry RSA, RSG and Gaming License qualifications (or the ability to acquire)
• You’ll be yourself and to come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
