We’re looking for someone with hospitality leadership experience, a head for operations, and a heart for people. As Assistant Manager, you’ll be working alongside a supportive leadership team, running smooth shifts, keeping service standards high, and making sure the good times keep rolling. From the bar to the bistro, you’ll be right in the action, leading from the front and setting the tone for a great day (or night) at The Brook.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and ‘local’ guest experience
- Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives and day to day pub operations
- Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop & drive marketing initiatives
- Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are!
About you:
- You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Accommodation experience is beneficial
- You have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop your team
- You hold current industry RSA and RSG qualifications as per state requirements
- You’ll be yourself and to come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
