We are currently recruiting for passionate and proactive Bar and Gaming Attendant to join the friendly and professional team at Mt Pleasant Tavern.

As a Bar and Gaming Attendant you will be responsible for providing friendly and professional customer service across our bar and gaming room.

The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate: Experience performing bar, gaming, Keno, TAB and cash handling duties including opens and closes OR the motivation to quickly learn. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly can-do attitude Success in working in a team environment and the flexibility to handle changing customer needs. A history of exceeding expectations in all work areas availability for weekly day, night and weekend shifts is a must.
Current RSA & RSG are essential

A day in the life of a Bar & Gaming Attendant:

Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect drink to make a guest's day.

Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.

From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.

You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.

You have a current RSA, RSG and flexible availability.

Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
