Experienced Bar Attendant | The Springwood Hotel | Bring the Energy
Springwood Hotel is refurbishing and buzzing with energy, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Bar Attendants to join the team. Work across five unique bars,a 300-seat restaurant and more exciting things to come... no shift is ever the same!
If you’re 18+ with RSA, have full availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, and bring energy, reliability, and a passion for service, we want you. Step into a fast-paced, dynamic venue and be part of something exciting!
A day in the life of a Bar Attendant:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to venue standards
Operate POS systems, process transactions and handle cash accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar areas, equipment and glassware
Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive and efficient customer service
Monitor responsible service of alcohol and uphold compliance requirements
What do we need from you
About you:
To be 18+
A current RSA
Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
Previous bar experience (cocktails, beer tapping, POS, cash handling)
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
