Bar Manager | Northern Grounds Sunshine Coast
Cocktails, cold beers, and waterfront vibes, Northern Grounds is serving it all, and now we need a Bar Manager to keep the good times pouring.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running the bar and leading a high-energy team
- Driving consistency in cocktails, pours, and presentation
- Training and mentoring bartenders to lift skills across the board
- Stock control, ordering, and bar systems management
- Bringing creativity to the drinks menu and guest experience
About you:
- Previous experience in a bar management or senior bartender role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for great drinks and memorable guest experiences
- Organised, reliable, and confident with stock and systems
- Cool under pressure and always leading by example
