Bar Manager | Skyways Tavern
You’ll be hands-on, running the floor, mentoring a team, and helping shape a bar experience that keeps guests coming back. If you thrive in fast-paced venues, love leading people, and are ready to take ownership, this is your moment.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead and develop a high-performing bar team
- Drive exceptional guest service and memorable experiences
- Ensure smooth operations across busy shifts
- Mentor, motivate, and coach your team to perform at their best
- Maintain compliance, safety, and operational standards
- Be visible on the floor, leading by example every shift
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

- Experienced in bar or hospitality management
- Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused
- Excellent communicator and mentor
- Passionate about delivering standout guest experiences
- Hold a current RSA
