Chef | Brook Hotel | Monday - Friday
Love early starts and being done before dinner? Dream of working in a buzzing kitchen where the prep is just as important as the plating? The Brook Hotel has been at the heart of Mitchelton and greater Brisbane for decades, and we’re on the lookout for a Full-Time Breakfast/Prep Chef to bring the flavour, the energy, and the fun to our team.
- Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm roster
- Paid for every hour worked over 38h
- High-volume venue with a supportive team
- Be part of an iconic community pub with a rich local history
A day in the life:
- Start early and keep the kitchen humming with top-notch prep
- Deliver high-quality dishes that keep our locals coming back
- Keep standards high when it comes to food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Be part of a team that loves what they do and keeps the guest experience front and centre
What do we need from you
About you:
- You’ve got trade cooking qualifications and solid experience in high-volume prep
- You thrive under pressure and can keep organised when things get busy
- Strong communication and teamwork come naturally to you
- Above all, you bring passion, reliability, and your own flavour to the team
