This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Chef De Partie at the Herdsman Lake Tavern!
What you’ll do:
- Preparing and serving meals according to menu and orders
- Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as
- Setup and cleaning of kitchen
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
- Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
- An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Trade cooking qualifications are essential
- Flexible availability
