Be a part of our very first flagship venue right here on the Sunshine Coast. Northern Grounds isn’t just a pub - it’s a full-blown Queensland experience. Think: open fires, smoky feeds, ice-cold beers by the water, and good times all round.
Now we just need the legends in the kitchen to help bring it to life.
We’re on the hunt for Chefs of all kinds, fresh to the game or seasoned pros - with bonus bragging rights if you know your way around the grill, fryer, prep bench, or pizza oven.
A day in the life of a Chef:
- Prepping fresh ingredients and cooking dishes full of Queensland flavour
- Working across stations from grill to fryer to pizza
- Delivering high-quality, consistent plates - even in the rush
- Collaborating with a supportive, fun team
What do we need from you
About you:
- You’re passionate about food and eager to learn (or keen to share your skills if you’re experienced)
- You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and love being part of a team
- You take pride in consistency, quality, and presentation
- You’re reliable, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
