Chefs Wanted | Northern Grounds Sunshine Coast
Northern Grounds is already serving up smoky feeds, waterfront beers, and those laid-back Queensland vibes, and we’re looking to grow our kitchen crew.
We’re on the hunt for Chefs of all kinds, whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, with bonus points if you’ve got skills on the grill, fryer, prep bench, or pizza oven.
What you’ll be doing:
- Cooking up feeds that scream Queensland flavour
- Jumping across different stations and keeping service smooth
- Serving up consistency, even when it’s pumping
- Teaming up with a fun, supportive crew who’ve got each other’s backs

What we’re looking for:
- Passion for food and fresh flavours
- A cool head when the kitchen’s buzzing
- Reliable, adaptable, and always up for a laugh
- Keen to learn or ready to share your skills
