A stone's throw from the shores of Coolum Beach, the Coolum Beach Hotel is not only a local pub, but a member of the community. We're located in the central hub of Coolum Beach along David Low Way, north of the Sunshine Coast by 15 minutes and even closer from the Sunshine Coast Airport.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Commis Chef at the Coolum Beach Hotel!
What you’ll do:
- Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders
- Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
- Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure
- Setup and cleaning of kitchen
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
- Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
- An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Trade cooking qualifications are essential
- Flexible availability
