Harvey Road Tavern features an extensive Sports Bar filled with a variety of refreshing beverages, a massive stage for live bands and entertainment with big name acts appearing regularly, sports viewing on the big screens, pool tables and an outdoor patio.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Commis Chef at the Harvey Road Tavern.
What you’ll do:
- Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders
- Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
- Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure
- Setup and cleaning of kitchen
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
- Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
- An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Trade cooking qualifications are essential
- Flexible availability
