The Content Coordinator is responsible for the development and execution of multi-channel 121 marketing campaigns and 'always on' personalised emails, and push notifications to deliver personalised content to each My Dan's loyalty member. A hands-on role, with the ability to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Build and optimise emails and push notifications based on performance to drive incremental revenue.
- Manage day to day executional tasks relating to maintaining and optimising the action catalogue.
- Manage the end to end process including liaising with the marketing and creative teams to deliver best practice 121 communications.
- Collaborate with wider marketing teams to understand campaigns, feed in requirements and set goals.
- Support key business priorities via creation of campaign actions, to support the customer trade plan.
- End to end management of action creation process including; planning, briefing, creative review, building and QA of actions.
- Perform post campaign analysis to understand how an action has performed and how it can be optimised.
Now let’s talk about you:
- CRM/Digital/Direct Marketing experience (1-2 years) working in teams executing dynamic content, lifecycle and trigger programs through email and other 121 communication channels.
- Collaborative and empathetic, with a strong ability to work within the squad to identify needs and balance their individual delivery to meet those needs
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Campaign planning capability to deliver in a fast paced agile working environment.
- Deliver to high standards, drive innovation and create value autonomously, while living our culture and values.
- Demonstrated strong influencing and communication skills to share learning and progress within the chapter and squad.
- Familiar with 1:1/digital campaign metrics such as opens, clicks, conversion rate to understand what is/isn't working.
- The ability to work under pressure, ensuring the smooth & efficient running of campaigns & initiatives.
- A strong motivation to 'test and learn' driving continuous improvement in the actions managed.
