The Delivery Lead will be responsible for facilitating the day-to-day delivery through the build phase of the Data Program, working closely with internal teams and vendors to manage the build backlog, remove and/or escalate blockers and ensure risks and/or issues are raised to the Senior Project Manager in a timely manner.
This role will report into the Senior Project manager and plays a key role in the day-to-day success of the build and deployment of the program.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
Day-to-day Delivery Facilitation of agile principles, practices and ceremonies, backlog management and removing and/or escalating impediments to day-to-day delivery. Working closely with vendors and internal teams and the Senior Project Manager to prioritise and refine the backlog and sprints and ensure that the build phase outcomes align to the overarching program key milestones
User Stories Collaboration with BAs, Engineers and Analysts to ensure that user stories are right-sized, contain the appropriate type and level of information, including clear acceptance criteria and are actively updated through the delivery lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery of the program
Actions, Risks, Issue and Dependencies Identifying and raising (and if appropriate, monitoring and managing) project risks and issues with the program management team. Identifying key actions and/or dependencies and ensuring that these are raised and monitored on the program RAIDD log
Vendor Collaboration Work closely with external delivery vendors and ensure that vendor-supplied solutions meet enterprise requirements and are aligned with program priorities and scope
Stakeholder Collaboration Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in technology, operations, change management, data and analytics and business teams, ensuring that the program complies with Enterprise standards and processes
Now let’s talk about you:
3+ years in a delivery lead role, in a complex, matrixed environment delivering data assets and/or products
Experience using Jira and/or Confluence
Proven experience collaborating with external vendors and cross functional hybrid onshore/offshore teams
Strong communication skills
Desirable
Scrum master certification
Familiarity with waterfall SDLC
Knowledge of data governance, privacy and cyber security principles
Change management experience
Understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks
