The EUC Technical specialist will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end users, both in-person (walk-ins) and remotely. The role ensures that users receive assistance with hardware, software, and system-related issues, helping to maintain smooth business operations through efficient problem resolution and excellent customer service.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
The role is primarily tech desk support for the Barangaroo office, and they will be the face of IT in the office and the primary support onsite every day
Communicating with people and providing amazing ICT customer service
In-person/phone/email support and responding to support tickets (Service NOW ticketing system) from our customers
Setting up and supporting computers, meeting rooms, printers, etc.
Audit meeting rooms to ensure they are ready for use and provide software and hardware end-user support to consumers.
Undertake routine maintenance of Endeavour group-owned technology equipment.
Liaise with 3rd party vendors to arrange warranty repairs of hardware.
Have a friendly, easygoing personality with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Conduct site visits and offer IT support to local ALH hotels, EGL Depot and the wider EGL business.
Provide exceptional customer service with patience, empathy, and understanding
Maintain Asset and Configuration management
Staff training, development, and maintenance of procedural documentation and user guides
Now let’s talk about you:
Strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of computer hardware and related software and operating systems.
Experience in installing and troubleshooting hardware technologies.
Effective oral and written communication with a history of discussing and solving issues with technical and non-technical individuals.
Quick at learning and love tackling technical challenges.
Willingness to learn new skill sets with a can-do attitude.
Experience in desktop support, Windows OS, meeting room technologies
Microsoft Endpoint Management experience
Microsoft Active Directory experience
Dedication to customer service & SLA incident management
Desired
Familiarity with end-user device hardware & software
Enjoy working as a team and have brilliant problem-solving skills
Mobile iOS/Android apps experience
Understanding of ServiceNow service management toolset
InTune, Google MDM & apps, Meraki understanding
