- A hybrid role, based out of our Richmond Hub in Melbourne
As an Executive Assistant you are an enthusiastic and highly organised individual that is prepared to go above and beyond the boundaries of an executive role.
Primarily supporting the Chief People Officer & Chief Legal Officer, you will also provide support to their leaders from time to time.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Organise and coordinate meetings and forums, along with agenda preparation
- Take ownership of relevant documentation including presentations, emails, agendas, papers and minutes for meetings, and improve document templates as required
- Complex diary and email management, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Screen email and calls and requests for personal meetings
- Ensure the Executive is adequately briefed for every meeting and has had the chance to read material
- Manage travel arrangements and invoices for the Executives in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain the Executives and their Leadership teams confidence through high standards of output, work ethic and keeping information confidential; carefully managing matters of a confidential nature.
- Maintain a high level of awareness of matters coming into and out of the Executives office to effectively respond to enquiries and exercise sound judgement on the manner of response.
- Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Work in collaboration with the Office Manager for office facility requests and issues, and take a proactive approach in rectifying any office concerns
- Actively seek opportunities to demonstrate a commitment to the Endeavour culture through participation in events, contribution of ideas, whilst displaying a positive and supportive nature.
- Make decisions through and role model the Endeavour Values and Ways of Working
Now let’s talk about you:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to a Director level role in a corporate environment, matrix style business
- Excellent time management and highly proactive with the ability to discern what takes priority, what can be handled directly, and what needs to be escalated. The ability to efficiently prioritise tasks by deadlines and work under pressure.
- A high level of computer literacy – Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new programs quickly.
- Personable and approachable, and builds relationships quickly
- Able to deal with confidential information in a discreet manner
- Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Has a positive energy, drive and enthusiasm for new opportunities and learning experiences.
- Works autonomously as well as collaborates with different teams across the business
- Can work in a fast paced environment that is constantly evolving and changing
- Reliable and hard-working, with a willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ when the job requires
- Posses a can-do, positive and proactive attitude
