We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. Supporting our Marketing and Beer & Cider commercial business units, you’ll step in to provide commercial insights, solve complex financial problems, and use your initiative to drive real value.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

In this dynamic role, you will partner closely with key commercial stakeholders across Marketing and Beer & Cider, bringing data to life to support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in:

• Serving as a trusted financial partner to brand and marketing teams, providing clear decision support, campaign tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Supporting end-to-end planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast cycles for the Beer & Cider portfolio.
• Taking the initiative to dig into the numbers, uncover trends, identify key risks or opportunities, and propose practical solutions.
• Delivering month-end reporting, variance analysis, and clear performance commentary to help teams understand drivers behind financial outcomes.
• Streamlining reporting processes and bringing new ideas to elevate how we analyze commercial performance.

Now let’s talk about you: 

​​​​​​​We are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated, proactive, and eager to step up and solve problems with initiative.

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline (CPA/CA qualified or near completion is highly regarded).
• Proven experience in a financial analysis or commercial decision-support role, ideally within FMCG, retail, or beverage sectors.
• An analytical approach with a knack for breaking down complex financial issues and proactively finding solutions.
• A self-starter attitude—you don’t wait to be asked; you actively seek out ways to add value and support team goals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance partners.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and BI/visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) considered a bonus.
