ALH Hotels is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support our Marketing and Loyalty leadership teams. This 6 months Fixed Term contract position is a key link between finance and operations, providing the commercial oversight required to drive business strategy and ensure our strategic initiatives are backed by sound financial reasoning.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager (Network Performance & Loyalty), you will be responsible for the financial integrity and commercial performance of the Marketing and Loyalty functions.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders. You will lead post-campaign analysis and provide critical support for the development and go-live phases of the new ALH loyalty program.
- Full ownership of month-end processes, including detailed reporting against budget/forecast and clear identification of variance drivers.
- Drive regular performance reviews, identify areas of underperformance, and work with stakeholders to implement cost-control measures and optimize trading.
- Lead the preparation and submission of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for your business units.
- Provide commercial support for business cases and capital requests, ensuring long-term investments are strategically aligned and financially viable.
- Review existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements across brands and functions.
Now let’s talk about you:
We are looking for a commercially-minded professional with a strong technical foundation and the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- CA/CPA Qualification with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
- Proven experience in financial systems and complex reporting environments.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Desirable
- Previous experience in the Retail or FMCG sectors.
- Experience working within multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- An analytical mindset with a focus on process excellence and continuous improvement.
