The iconic Charles Hotel is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our fast-paced, bar-focused operation. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrives in a high-energy environment. Previous experience in a bar setting is highly desired.
The successful candidate must be over 18 and hold a current RSA. Due to the nature of our business, excellent availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays is essential. A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
What do we need from you
About you:
You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
