Our team is famous for being themselves and having a laugh. This role will be for an All-rounder, someone that once trained up will be working in the Bistro, TAB and Gaming rooms, no two days will be the same. In this fast paced role, you’ll build lasting rapport with our guests by delivering tailored and authentic service. So, can you ‘pitcher’ a career with us? Then we’d love to hear from you!
A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Attendant:
Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
This role will become an allrounder role, training in TAB, bistro and Gaming will be completed
Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility; which is centred around safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance
What do we need from you
About you:
You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
You hold a current RSA certificate - RSG,Gaming Licence, TAB certificates are not necessary to begin with but will be needed down the line as part of your training
You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
