Our team is famous for being themselves and having a laugh. As a Food & Beverage Attendant no two days will be the same. In this fast paced role, you’ll build lasting rapport with our guests by delivering tailored and authentic service. So, can you ‘pitcher’ a career with us? Then we’d love to hear from you!
A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Attendant:
- Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
- Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
- From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
- Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
What do we need from you
About you:
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends ( Wednesday, Friday and Saturday is highly sought after)
- You hold a current RSA certificate. Holding an RCG and Gaming Licence is not essential but is also a bonus as we have gaming shifts availble for the right candidate.
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
