Food & Beverage Attendant | Highfields Tavern
The Highfields Tavern is looking for energetic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. We are a busy local favorite, so we need people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering great service with a smile.
To be successful, you must be over 18 and hold a current RSA certificate. We are looking for team players who are flexible and have excellent availability to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Whether you're working in the bistro or behind the bar, a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic are a must.If this sounds like you, apply today!
A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
