We’re Hiring! Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendants – Smithfield Tavern
Smithfield Tavern is on the hunt for energetic, customer-focused legends to join our fun, fast-paced team! If you’ve got a bright smile, a can-do attitude, and love making every guest feel like a VIP, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be serving up great food, cold drinks, and good vibes across our bistro, bar, and gaming areas. RSA & RSG are a must, and previous hospitality or gaming experience will put you ahead of the game. We’re looking for reliable team players with good availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, flexibility is key in our world! A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
- Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
What do we need from you
About you:
You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You must have a current RSA and RSG certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
