Sports Bar Food & Beverage / Gaming & TAB Attendant | Hamilton Hotel
The Hamilton Hotel is seeking an energetic, sports-mad Food & Beverage Attendant to join our busy team. Located right next door to Eagle Farm Racecourse, our Sports Bar is a hub for racing and sports fans alik, so if you live and breathe NRL, AFL and Horse Racing, we want to hear from you!
To be successful, you must hold RSA. RSG and TAB are highly desirable, but be willing to obtain will also be considered. We are looking for a reliable team player with full availability for days, mids, public holidays and late-night closes up to 2:30 AM. A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
