Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendant | Albion Hotel | Calling All Night Owls!
The Albion Hotel is calling all night owls! We are seeking experienced F&B and Gaming Attendants specifically for our late-night roster, with shifts primarily running from 5pm to 2am. If you prefer the nightlife and thrive in a busy evening environment, this is the role for you.
Previous experience in both bar and gaming is essential, as you will be expected to move seamlessly between service areas during our peak night periods. To be considered, you must be over 18 and hold current RSA and RCG certificates. We are looking for reliable, high-energy individuals who can maintain excellent service standards until close. A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
