Our team is famous for being themselves and having a laugh. We’re looking for authentic individuals who are passionate about the guest experience. This dynamic role requires weekend and nighttime availability to ensure that our guests have the best time possible at our pubs.
A day in the life of a Food Services Attendant:
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products to create special moments that your guests won’t forget
- Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
- Ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by providing them with fast, efficient and personalised service
What do we need from you
About you:
- You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
- You are great with people, communication, detail and delivery and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
