Food Services Attendant | Forest Lake Tavern | Bistro servis Star !
Forest Lake Tavern is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Bistro team. You’ll provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment, deliver meals and drinks, and help keep our dining area welcoming and clean.
A current RSA and availability for split shifts (days, evenings, and weekends) are essential. Previous bistro or pub experience is preferred. If you’re passionate about hospitality and love working in a fun, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!
A day in the life of a Food Services Attendant:
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products to create special moments that your guests won’t forget
- Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
- Ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by providing them with fast, efficient and personalised service
What do we need from you
About you:
- You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
- You are great with people, communication, detail and delivery and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
