Front Office Attendant | Federal Hotel | Dream big with us!
The Federal Hotel is looking for a warm, energetic Front Office Attendant to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you love fast-paced hospitality, delivering great service and creating memorable moments, we’d love to hear from you!
You’ll handle phone enquiries and admin tasks while supporting the team across accommodation and bookings. We’re after a people-focused multitasker with strong communication and a proactive attitude, experience is great but not essential. A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service
- Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible
- Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required
What do we need from you
About you:
- You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
- You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are highly organised and have great computer skills
- You hold a current RSA certificate
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
