A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:
- Be the first friendly face our guests see, setting the stage for an unforgettable visit with your warmth and great vibes.
- Bring a positive and upbeat energy to every check-in, phone call, and email
- Handle everything from check-ins and check-outs to emails and phone calls, all with confidence and efficiency
- Stay on top of all the venue's happenings, from bistro specials to upcoming events, so you're always ready with a helpful recommendation.
- Anticipate guest needs, offering directions, local tips, and a friendly word to make them feel like a VIP.
About you:
- You know that a great guest experience is all about the details.
- You're a natural with people and have a passion for making their day.
- You're a master of organisation and great with a computer.
- You've got your RSA certificate ready to go.
