Endeavour demerged from Woolworths in 2021 and as part of the transition is taking the opportunity to transform how we operate as an independent business and establish supporting technology.

We have a rare opportunity for a Functional Analyst - Loyalty.  In this role you'll be responsible for engaging with stakeholder groups to understand the functional requirements for Loyalty (LMS & Eagle Eye) and help with transitioning Endeavour away from Woolworths. 

This role reports to the Group Solutions Manager (GSM) - Marketing & Loyalty and takes the responsibility to develop and maintain all key artifacts, policies, processes associated with the Loyalty platform, manage testing, change control and business process areas.  The role is the key owner of core functional requirements fit to the Loyalty technology stack.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

• Work closely with the Project team to ensure all documents and key artefacts are kept up to date, version controlled and both audit and regulatory compliant.
• Provide application continuous improvement and deliver upgrades/projects/
• Proactively engage with stakeholder groups to understand business needs. Analyse and translate business needs into Loyalty solutions and initiatives by managing components of initiatives/projects..
• Develop, review and govern functional specifications and documents that define the desired outcome of system enhancements/developments
• Assist with system testing, training, user acceptance and validation testing of solutions and production changes and upgrades to applications and systems
• Work with external vendors to provide the most effective and efficient solution to meet the business needs
• Maintain compliance to audit, application security, application roles design and segregation of duties findings
• Assist with governance and release of system changes to production

Now let’s talk about you

• 2-5 years IT BA experience
• Experience in Loyalty desirable within a large complex organisation
• Ability to understand, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions  
• Migration, Troubleshooting experience
• Experience with application security: Roles design and authorizations matrix including mapping of business roles to transactions desirable
• Experienced with regression testing
• Experience working within an organisation going through transformation or change desirable
• Knowledge of systems, data flows (consume and share data)
