The Norfolk Tavern is looking for energetic Gaming Attendants to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume gaming room. While previous experience is a bonus, we are looking for reliable professionals who can provide exceptional service in a busy environment. To be considered, you must be over 18 and hold current RSA and RCG certificates.

We require full availability to cover a variety of shifts, including days, weekends, and public holidays, with a specific requirement for late-night closes up to 4am on rotational shifts. If you are a night owl with a great attitude and a commitment to high standards, Apply Now!

A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
