About the Role
Gaming Attendant | Ocean Beach Hotel | Dream big with us!
Ocean Beach Hotel is seeking a reliable, experienced, customer-focused Gaming Attendants to join our team. You must be fully available across Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, including day, night, and late shifts (up to 4am). The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring gaming compliance, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Current RSA and RSG certificates required. A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
- Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
What do we need from you
About you:
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
