Victoria Point Tavern is seeking experienced Gaming Attendants to join our friendly and professional team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a gaming environment, hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification, and possess an RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certificate. Candidates with ARCG certification are highly regarded, but those willing to obtain it will also be considered. A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
- Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
What do we need from you
About you:
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications ( ARCG a bonus!)
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
