Gaming Manager | Belfield Hotel
We’re on the hunt for a Gaming Manager to take the reins of our high-performing gaming room at the Belfield Hotel.
The Belfield is a cornerstone of the community, and our gaming offering is a massive part of why our locals love us. We need a leader who is more than just a supervisor, we need a specialist. Someone who understands the nuances of a high-volume room, thrives on delivering elite service, and is obsessed with maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.
A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:
- Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
- Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
- Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
- Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
- You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
- You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
- You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
- You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
- You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
