Kedron Park Hotel is ready for its next shining star! We’re on the lookout for a bright and bubbly Gaming Manager who’s ready to step into a leadership role with real impact. You’ll take full ownership of the gaming floor, from customer service and compliance to team training and day to day business operations. This isn’t just a job; it’s a blank slate and huge opportunity to shine in a well loved local pub just north of Brisbane.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Gaming Manager at the Kedron Park Hotel.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code
What do we need from you
What you’ll need:
- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
