$76,250 Base Salary + Super + Bonus + Group Wide Discounts
We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.
The Royal Exchange Hotel is synonymous with Queensland's entertainment scene for locals, visitors and students across the city.
Sitting on High Street in Toowong, just off the banks of the Brisbane River, we're renowned for our relaxed atmosphere, huge selection of ice cold beer on tap, live entertainment and of course, our giant Beer Garden.
We've been a local institution since 1876, and remain one of Brisbane's last iconic pubs today.
A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:
- Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
- Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
- Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
- Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
- You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
- You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
- You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
- You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
- You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
