The Waterfront Hotel, nestled in the beautiful Diddillibah area, is searching for a Gaming Manager to take charge of our gaming operations and drive success in our venue. With a stunning riverside location and a loyal customer base, this is your chance to lead in a thriving, picturesque setting. This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Gaming Manager at The Waterfront Hotel!
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RSG are essential
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
