About the Role
Gaming Supervisor | Springwood Hotel | Lead the Floor
We’re on the hunt for a standout Gaming Supervisor to be the right-hand to our Gaming Manager as the venue prepares for its re-opening. Once live, the floor will feature up to 45 gaming machines,and we need a confident, hands-on leader to help run it.
You’ll be on the floor, leading your team, keeping operations smooth, and creating a guest experience that keeps players coming back. Compliance, performance, and energy... you’ll have it covered.
What You’ll Own:
- Supervising and supporting a high-performing gaming team
- Assisting with operations across 45 machines once the venue opens
- Delivering outstanding guest service on the gaming floor
- Ensuring compliance, AML, and operational standards
- Coaching and mentoring staff to perform at their best
- Being visible, hands-on, and solving problems in real time
About you:
- Experienced gaming leader, preferably in high-volume venues
- Confident supervising teams and running operations on the floor
- Calm under pressure and highly hands-on
- Knowledgeable in gaming compliance and regulations
- Strong communicator and mentor
- Hold current RSA, RSG, and relevant state gaming qualifications
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
